Vilken sjukdom på vinbärsbusken??

Upptäckte till min stora förskräckelse att rödvinbärsbuskarna blivit angripna av någon slags sjukdom. Bären är bortom all räddning, de har fått som ett röd-orange pulver på sig.

Vad för sjukdom är detta, och hur kan den bekämpas? Jag vill ju gärna att busken skall vara frisk nästa år.
