With 5 acres (some 2 or 2,5 hectares) perhaps you would prefer a 4-wheel tractor as your first machine.
The Swedish second-hand market gives fairly good value-for-money for 4-wheel tractors and their various attachments. But of course, more mechanical skills and tools will be needed compared to buying new machinery.
The Swedish second-hand market for two-wheel tractors is poor and small. Demand is higher than supply and prices are often too high, so buying new will typically be a better choice. The German second-hand market looks much better, as can be seen at e.g. ebay.de. However it might be difficult to land successful affairs if you aren't stationed there, cannoit speak German and lack knowledge of how that specific market works.
The general trend for small machines tend to move away from two-wheel tractors, in the direction of one-purpose machines and garden tractors/riders. The latter offer som choice of add-on tools, but most of the are for lawn-care and similar, not much for serious gardening and small-scale agriculture.
If your choice is to buy new machinery in Sweden and your budget is tight, it might be wise to start with a two-wheel tractor. I would want one with a scythe-bar mower, so parts of the land could be in ley, and you could harvest mulching material there. It will anyway probably be impractical to till 5 acres with a medium-size two-wheel tractor.
Also heavy roto-tilling tend to wear the soil out.
Also consider what kind of land you have rent. How is drainage? What kind of soil? How much tillage can it sustain without degrading? Some Swedish soils are considered structurally poor.
