Klippankollektivet i Nacka söker två nya personer. Inflytten är senast 1:a november men ett rum blir tillängligt tidigare.
Kollektivet ligger i ett hus i Nacka ca 15 min med buss från slussen plus ca 10 min gångväg. Huset ligger vid vattnet med skog omkring och ganska avskilt från grannar. Vi har en stor tomt med rätt bra odlingsmöjligheter och egen brygga med en liten roddbåt. I huset finns fem rum, ett schysst kök och ett loft som funkar som vardagsrum/plats för häng, extra sovplats mm.
Vi som bor här nu är peppade på att krossa patriarkatet och vi vill skapa en trans- och queerfeministisk värld. Vi vill använda huset till att utveckla strategier så att vi kan skapa alternativ till den heteronormativa kapitalistskiten.
Vi har inget kött i huset och söker folk som gärna gillar odling, mkt öppna dörrar, att laga mat ihop osv. Eftersom vi bor i ett hus kan det även uppstå en del jobb med det och folk får gärna vara händiga och kunna ta tag i förändringar.
Det finns mkt utrymme för oss att tillsammans bestämma hur vi vill organisera kollektivet och det finns också möjlighet till olika DIY-projekt både i huset och på tomten.
Kallhyran är mellan 2060 kr - 2185 kr/mån (beroende på storleken på rummen).

Klippan collective in Nacka is looking for two new people to move in the 1th of november. One room becomes available earlier.
The house is located in Nacka about 15 minutes by bus from Slussen and about 10 min walk. The house is situated on the waterfront with forest around and quite secluded from neighbors. We have a great site with pretty good growth opportunities and private dock with a small rowboat. The house has five rooms, a nice kitchen and a loft that works like a living room / space for hanging, extra sleeping accommodation.
We who live here now are stoked to smash patriarchy and we want to create a trans and queer feminist world. We want the use the house for developing strategies so that we can create alternatives to the heteronormative capitalist shit.
We have no meat in the house and looking for people who would like cultivation, very open doors, to cook together, etc.. Since we live in a house, there may also be some job to do, and people may well be handy and be able to grasp the changes.
We want to work together to decide how we want to organize the collective, and there are also opportunities for various DIY projects both in the house and the grounds.
Cold rent is between 2060 SEK - 2185 SEK / month (depending on the size of the rooms).
